Cabanas Monte Verde - Pucon

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. The location near Pucon and the National Parks was fantastic. The living area was a great addition to the accommodation.

the rooms were stylish with comfortable beds. everything was great, even so a few employees were very unhelpful. the property's location was stunning, together in the living area. moreover, it's near the centre, national parks and pucon and national parks.

We loved our stay at Cabanas Monte Verde. The location was lovely, with a view of the Villarica lake. The rooms were fashionable and comfortable, with central heating and a microwave oven available. The friendly service and attention to detail were top-notch. Additionally, there was parking onsite.

We had a great stay with amazing lake views, spacious and clean room, well-equipped kitchen, and friendly room service. The hotel had good facilities, easy parking, and convenient location across the road from the lake. Delicious breakfast was served to our room every day.

The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and the bed was comfortable. The overall experience was quiet and peaceful, and the cleanliness of the place was perfect. The location was great, close to the town and nearby national parks. the breakfast was delicious and a nice surprise was the complementary chocolates and wine in the room. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the lake in the evening.

The room was not clean upon our arrival and there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom. the Wi-Fi was spotty and slow which was frustrating.

The view from our apartment was unbelievable! We could see miles and miles of beautiful scenery. The apartment was clean and modern with a super comfortable bed. We loved the complimentary coffee and tea that was offered in our room. The location was great too, just a quick drive to town but nestled in a peaceful area. Plus, the staff was friendly and very helpful with all of our needs.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue for us as the staff spoke very limited English. , we wished they had more maps and guides available at the front desk to help us explore the area.

Secondly, the hotel's location just across the road from the lake was fantastic, offering a great view from the terrace and providing easy access to the water. Lastly, the staff were very helpful and attentive, making sure that everything was taken care of during my stay. this hotel offers good value for money and basic amenities that made my stay enjoyable.
